When Arqmetrica was founded in 2016, the AI conversation was about ResNets and word embeddings. Most of our peers from that period have either pivoted to something else or been acquired. We stayed — through the deep-learning era, through the transformer revolution, through the GPT moment, and into the agentic era of 2026.
That heritage is the work, not the story. In 2026, the AI consultancy market is flooded.
Ten thousand new "AI consultants" appeared after ChatGPT. Most cannot defend a methodology, cannot quantify their advice with peer benchmarks, cannot map their work to the EU AI Act they will be asked about by every CFO this year. Arqmetrica was built differently. The Index is published. The methodology is auditable. The benchmarks are anchored in MIT Sloan/BCG research and continuously refined. We specialise in mid-market — the segment Big Four under-serve and tech-startup consultancies do not understand.
